Told you I was back. Also in case you are wondering why Jonathan briefly switches back to his suit the reason is simple. I only have a limited number of young Jonathan screenshots to work with and I felt having Jake's/Jonathan's expression match his thought was slightly more important then maintaining continuity. Obviously it would be best if I could do both. But you work with what you got.
Edit: Next comic will be delayed as I decide weather or not to edit this one for easier an easier reading experience.
The text is fairly small. I actually had to increase the page size three times to read it without straining my eyes. Maybe try using multiple connected word balloons instead of tiny text.
How do I do that? If you want I can try reposting the image this Thursday with bigger text? Also the main problem is the restricted image size of host. In order to fit the maximum width I had to shrink the image to this size. I admit it seemed a bit difficult but I did not realize it reached the level of being an actual pain. If I had realized that I would have edited it more.
It's okay. I don't know how to work with these kinds of comics, but you could try asking Newbiespud, Rastaba, DragonTrainer, or RandomRex6 as they are each fairly adept at these kinds of comics they each currently have at least 350 pages of Campaign Comics posted. Rastaba is the only one who doesn't number them though.
DragonTrainer has 1018, Newbiespud has 933, Rastaba has 461(thanks to the archive I was able to do a quick check), and RandomRex6 has 368.
Do you mind if I ask what you are reading it on?
My laptop. Specifically an HP Notebook, god damn these things are flimsy.
Dang. I was hoping maybe you were viewing it on your phone as it didn't seem to bad to me. I will have to efit it and see if I can improve readability. I will have an updateed version up on the 27th.
Sorry. For the late reply. For some reason I only found this comic today.
As an additional data point, I'm reading it on my desktop PC and the font is pretty small. I don't really know what I'm doing, but out of curiosity, I downloaded the comic, opened it up with good ol' Paint, and tried to approximate the font. It ended up being about 6 point font using Trebuchet MS. @_@
So if that's not what you've been shooting for...
I used 22 on photoshop. Then I resized the image when saving so it was a maximum of 950 pixals wide as per comicfury's specifications. I am going to try reuploading an edited image with larger font new word balloons edited to contain said font
Goddamn double clicks, this rarely ever happens to me.
I updated the image, does it work now?
Yep perfectly readable without squinting or increasing page size.
